If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. Email appointmentscanner@gmail.com to request a refund.

Should you open a dispute with your bank or credit card company, instead of asking for a refund, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the dispute.
